able to work independently within the community providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks to a wide range of service users in thier own homes / also if required to provide support out in the community with shopping, college,respite, social activities etc/ care staff must have a good knowledge of how to follow a care plan and record daily activities. / staff must be willing to follow company policies and procedures as well as goverment legislation relating to social care.
