Job: Care Assistant, Reliance Care - Preston

able to work independently within the community providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks to children with complex needs and or physical dissabilities in thier own homes / also if required to provide support out in the communityeg respite, social activities etc/ care staff must have a good knowledge of how to follow a care plan and record daily activities. / staff must be willing to follow company policies and procedures as well as goverment legislation relating to social care.
