COMPANY INFORMATION:

My client is a UK & USA based manufacturing company that supplies a unique product to the Aerospace industry.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve or exceed mutually agreed sales targets, in the military and/or commercial aerospace market.

Have good written and spoken presentation skills, and the personality and confidence to present the company and its products to an audience from Engineer to Board Director level, at international airlines, and major companies

Have an appreciation of technical issues and the ability to carry out customer demonstrations.

Be able to working independently, for example experience of being self-employed, or working for a small company would be seen as advantageous.

ROLE INFORMATION:

An enthusiastic Avionics Salesman is sought to promote and sell new systems for a young, exciting, innovative and fast developing company.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for sales campaigns within UK and Europe, and will co-ordinate with sales agents.

The position will require extensive travel throughout the UK and Europe.

The position requires independent working, with good reporting on a regular basis.

The work would involve the development of existing clients, as well as the introduction of new clients.

Main Responsibilities

Technical Presentation of company products to major UK and European customers, airlines, OEMs.

Producing sales projections, sales strategies and visit reports on a regular basis.

Formulating and producing Technical and Commercial Proposals in conjunction with the Managing Director.

Driving the sale through to final closure, including price and terms & conditions negotiation.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager at international exhibitions and conferences

Achievement of sales in accordance with mutually agreed sales targets, developing and expanding the market for the products within UK and Europe.
