Our Caretaker/Good Neighbour role is an ideal role if you are looking for a second income and rent-free accommodation based at our supported housing scheme in Bolton. The successful candidate will provide informal advice to the tenants as a "Good Neighbour" within agreed hours. You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the scheme and ensure that the scheme is clean and safe at all times.
